Here’s a simple breakdown of the process:

An NVQ is an internationally recognized, work-based qualification that showcases your skills and competence in your role.

These qualifications are focused on practical, real-world application. You’ll gather evidence from your workplace and complete knowledge questions to demonstrate your abilities.

To complete this NVQ, you will need to provide copies of relevant workplace documentation. Examples of acceptable evidence include:

  • Site meetings
  • Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Briefing notes
  • Safety walkaround reports
  • COSHH details
  • Environmental plans
  • Programmes

These documents help demonstrate your practical experience and competence in the workplace.

We offer flexible payment plans to suit your needs:

Plan 1 – Payment in Full:
Pay the full amount upfront at once. no hidden charges

Plan 2 – 50/50 Split:
Pay 50% at the start of the NVQ and the remaining 50% upon completion or after 6 months, whichever comes first.

Plan 3 – Split Into 3:
Pay 1500 QAR first time and split the whole payment into 3 easy monthly installments.

Your assigned awarding body will be chosen for you, but if you have a preference for a specific awarding body, you can select it.

    NVQ FAQ’s

    To get started, simply contact us to receive your registration form.

    As part of the process, you'll need to provide a copy of your photo ID.

    You can begin the qualification at any time, and our assessors are available to complete your induction even outside of regular working hours, offering you great flexibility.

    The NVQ is completed through our user-friendly online portfolio system, and there are no exams involved.

    To complete the qualification, you’ll need to follow these steps:

    1. Answer a set of knowledge questions – you can either write your responses or have a discussion with your assessor.

    2. Obtain a witness testimony from your line manager.

    3. Collect evidence of your work, such as risk assessments, safety audits, COSHH details, CPD records, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation.

    4. Write two case studies about your daily role and experiences.

    5. Participate in a professional discussion with your assessor.

    The qualification can be completed within 4 weeks, provided you work closely with your assessor and gather the necessary evidence. Once you’ve finished, you’ll receive your Diploma via email.

    • Here is a list of the mandatory units for the NVQ:
      • Ensure responsibility for actions to reduce risks to health and safety
      • Develop procedures to safely control work operations
      • Monitor procedures to safely control work operations
      • Promote a culture of health and safety in the workplace
      • Conduct a health and safety risk assessment of the workplace

      Optional Units – Pick any 2 units:

      • Investigate and evaluate health and safety incidents and complaints in the workplace
      • Make sure actions in the workplace aim to protect the environment
      • Review health and safety procedures in the workplace
      • Supervise the health, safety and welfare of a learner in the workplace

    To get CertIOSH status, you need to complete an NVQ Level 3 or above in a relevant health and safety field. Then, you can apply to IOSH for membership and follow their process, which includes a review of your qualifications and experience.
